Detached 6-person villa with fireplace and outdoor sauna in Colijnsplaat

Looking for a villa where you immediately feel at home? Then this six-person villa with outdoor sauna, a lovely porch and a cozy gas fireplace may be for you. The villa is located on a vacation park near the cozy fishing village of Colijnsplaat where you will find several restaurants and stores. Every Thursday there is a fish auction of the freshly caught fish in the morning and in the adjacent marina there are various possibilities for the sailors among you.

Colijnsplaat is located on the northern side of North Beveland close to the Zeelandbrug and the Oosterschelde National Park where you can, among other things, take walking or cycling tours through the beautiful landscape or a nature cruise on the water. Furthermore, there are all kinds of water sports facilities such as surfing, sailing, diving and kite surfing, but on the beach you can also fly kites or ride horses and, of course, sunbathe when the weather is nice. Come quickly and have a fantastic vacation in Zeeland and enjoy all the luxury of this beautiful vacation home for up to eight people for rent in Colijnsplaat.

Layout

Spacious, cosy living room with comfortable seat with several sofas and armchairs, dining area, HD Flatscreen TV, Blu-Ray, atmospheric fireplace, DVD-player, CD-player, radio and stereo set. The kitchen is complete with amongst others stove (five-rings), Nespresso apparaat, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric kettle. Scullery with washing machine and drier.

Master bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Two bedrooms on the first floor, with two single beds each. Bathroom on the first floor with bath/whirlpool, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The holiday house offers central heating, underfloor heating both downstairs and upstairs and free internet.

Outside you will find a spacious garden with a outdoor sauna. Also a furnished terrace and covered porch. Most houses have a lockable storeroom for bikes. At the villa there is space for two cars

Colijnsplaat, Zeeland

Colijnsplaat is located on the island of North Beveland, a perfect base from which to explore Zeeland. The province known for the cleanest beaches and the most hours of sunshine. In earlier years, there was a Celtic settlement near Colijnsplaat from which altar stones were later found. Nehalennia was a goddess whose role was to offer protection to travelers and sailors. A replica of her temple has been rebuilt in Colijnsplaat and is well worth a visit. History is also abundant here: for example, Zierikzee, Veere, Goes and Middelburg are very beautiful and interesting. Would you rather spend a day cycling or hiking and exploring the natural areas? Then the miles of trails and routes definitely offer a solution.

Das Haus mit Sauna ist sehr schön;ebenfalls der Park. Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig, so ließ sich beispielsweise deutlich erkennen, dass vor uns eine Familie mit Kindern das Haus bewohnt hat. Bei dem Preis und der wenig kundenfreundlichen Check-In/Check-Out Zeit ein Dealbreaker.Eine umfassende Anleitung für die Haustechnik wäre schön
