Attractive two-person house in Callantsoog
This two-person vacation home in Callantsoog is not far from the village center of Callantsoog and from the beach (900 meters). This vacation home is located on a park. The vacation homes have a typical look from grandmother's time with a thatched roof, white plastered walls and shutters for the windows. The vacation park has 150 houses and is very quiet. In the middle of the island is a small children's playground. Here young children can enjoy the playground equipment, soccer field and table tennis together with their parents. In addition, boating and fishing can be done along the waterfront. Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located in Callantsoog for a pleasant snack and drink. The supermarket is around the corner where you can get groceries if necessary. In the summer many activities are organized on the beach which is within walking distance. Such as a morning ride, horseback riding and kite surfing.
Layout
On the first floor are the living room, kitchen and utility room. The house has internet, central heating and floor heating. The living room has a lovely sitting area with a smart TV with Dutch and German channels and also features board games. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Senseo, toaster, coffee bean machine, hot air oven, fridge freezer, ceramic 5-burner hob, kettle and microwave. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a separate toilet.
Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed with two single comforters. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Outside there is a lovely garden that you can enjoy which is surrounded by two small ditches and has beautiful views of the nature reserve and forest that you can reach directly through a small path. The terrace is equipped with a windbreak and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the house.

Callantsoog, North-Holland
Callantsoog is a lively seaside resort with many cosy restaurants and good shopping facilities. By the way, a day of shopping is also good in Alkmaar. There is plenty to do on the beach: take beach walks, go banana boating, drink cocktails in one of the cosy beach bars or enjoy a magnificent sunset. There are wonderful cycle paths in the area that provide hours of cycling fun in the dunes. Slightly to the south in the dunes, you will find the unique Zwanenwater nature reserve. The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands and very rare plants can be found here. Two dune lakes are a food source for the many birds that find a nesting place here.
