Beautiful six person house in Callantsoog
This six person vacation home in Callantsoog is located not far from the village center of Callantsoog and from the beach (900 meters). This vacation home is located on a park. The vacation homes have a typical look from grandmother's time with a thatched roof, white plastered walls and shutters for the windows. The vacation park has 150 houses and is very quiet. In the middle of the island is a small children's playground. Here young children can enjoy the playground equipment, soccer field and table tennis together with their parents. In addition, boating and fishing can be done along the waterfront. Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located in Callantsoog for a pleasant snack and drink. The supermarket is around the corner where you can get groceries if necessary. In the summer many activities are organized on the beach which is within walking distance. Such as a morning ride, horseback riding and kite surfing.
Layout
On the first floor there is a separate toilet, living and dining room, kitchen and utility room. The living room has central and floor heating, gas stove, internet, board games and smart TV with Dutch and German channels. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer for your use. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, convection oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, kettle and fridge freezer.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed with single comforters. One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a single bed which can be extended into two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall and floor heating, bathtub, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
Outside is the garden which is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs and a parasol. There is parking for one car at the house.

Callantsoog is a lively seaside resort with many cosy restaurants and good shopping facilities. By the way, a day of shopping is also good in Alkmaar. There is plenty to do on the beach: take beach walks, go banana boating, drink cocktails in one of the cosy beach bars or enjoy a magnificent sunset. There are wonderful cycle paths in the area that provide hours of cycling fun in the dunes. Slightly to the south in the dunes, you will find the unique Zwanenwater nature reserve. The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands and very rare plants can be found here. Two dune lakes are a food source for the many birds that find a nesting place here.
