On the first floor are the entrance with checkroom, toilet, a separate storage room and the living room with central heating and underfloor heating. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with internet, CD and DVD player, board games and smart TV with Dutch and German channels. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo, fridge freezer, convection oven, 5-burner induction hob, kettle and microwave. In the separate storage room is a washer and dryer that you can use. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two single beds and all equipped with single comforters. The bathroom has a shower with shower stool, bathtub, toilet, sink and hair dryer.

Outside is a lovely garden with garden furniture and a parasol. The small shed shown in the photos is unfortunately for private use. The villa is located on a small lake and has its own jetty and offers views of the water and reeds. There is parking for one car at the house.
