Beautiful six person house in Callantsoog

This six person vacation home in Callantsoog is located not far from the village center of Callantsoog and from the beach (900 meters). This vacation home is located on a park. The vacation homes have a typical look from grandmother's time with a thatched roof, white plastered walls and shutters for the windows. The vacation park has 150 houses and is very quiet. In the middle of the island is a small children's playground. Here young children can enjoy the playground equipment, soccer field and table tennis together with their parents. In addition, boating and fishing can be done along the waterfront. Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located in Callantsoog for a pleasant snack and drink. The supermarket is around the corner where you can get groceries if necessary. In the summer many activities are organized on the beach which is within walking distance. Such as a morning ride, horseback riding and kite surfing. 

Layout

Villa number 5 is an idyllic vacation home with a thatched roof and a garden of almost 400 square meters which faces south with unobstructed views over the meadows of a nature reserve. The living room has a lovely sitting area with central and floor heating, internet and a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. The kitchen has a filter coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, blender, Nespresso, microwave, fridge freezer, water cooker, convection oven and 4-burner induction hob. Washer and dryer are at your disposal in the utility room.

On the second floor are the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. All beds have single comforters. The bathroom is also on the second floor and has a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and double sink.

Outside is the large garden which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture, lounge set and parasol. There is also parking for one car at the house.

Location and surroundings

Callantsoog, North-Holland

Callantsoog is a lively seaside resort with many cosy restaurants and good shopping facilities. By the way, a day of shopping is also good in Alkmaar. There is plenty to do on the beach: take beach walks, go banana boating, drink cocktails in one of the cosy beach bars or enjoy a magnificent sunset. There are wonderful cycle paths in the area that provide hours of cycling fun in the dunes. Slightly to the south in the dunes, you will find the unique Zwanenwater nature reserve. The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands and very rare plants can be found here. Two dune lakes are a food source for the many birds that find a nesting place here.
