Luxury 14 persons Villa in Zeeland Flanders by the sea
Luxurious 14 person villa with sauna in the extreme southwest of Zeeuws Vlaanderen, close to the Belgian seaside resort Knokke and the historic city of Bruges, lies this villa in Cadzand-Bad. The luxury villas have a location on the south and offer all the comfort you want; from modern equipment and a sauna to a spacious garden where you can relax after a day at the beach. Do you like to go out? The appeal of the surroundings of Cadzand-Bad is in the combination of the vast nature with the Burgundian lifestyle. The fashionable seaside resort of Knokke, the historic city of Bruges and nature reserve Het Zwin are also worth discovering. That same exuberant lifestyle also manifests itself in the many top restaurants and beach pavilions in the neighborhood. Do you see it already for you? At the beach with a good glass of wine and a pan of Zeeland mussels, while you slowly sink the sun into the sea
Layout
This luxury villa for 14 people is located on the south. The lounge TV room with sitting area is equipped with a smart TV. Adjacent is the kitchen with among others a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a combi microwave. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two with a bathroom. There is also a bathroom with sauna and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are also three bedrooms, one with a bathroom. In addition, there is a general bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have single box spring beds and smart TV. The house is also equipped with a SuitePad. The SuitePad is a tablet with all information about the resort, activities and places of interest, restaurants and much more. Moreover, this allows communication with the reception and the tablet offers a large selection of games and radio stations. The villa has a garden where you can use sunbeds and a lounge set. There is parking for four cars. One high chair and one cot are provided as standard.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Service costs include: final cleaning, bed linen, beds made, bath linen, kitchen linen, a coffee and tea package and a Rituals wellness package. The price remains the same regardless of the number of people.
- There are more accommodations with the same housecode, but only in some of them pets are allowed. Book quickly because full is full!
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Location and surroundings
Cadzand, Zeeland
Cadzand is a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast, located on the North Sea. Here you can relax on the almost 10 kilometers long beach. The many hours of sunshine make it an ideal place for a sun vacation. Try one of the many water sports you can do at the beach, such as sailing or (kite)surfing. The surroundings of Cadzand are also excellent for wonderful hiking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. From Breskens you can take a ferry to Vlissingen for a day out, but the Belgian city of Bruges is also nearby and definitely worth a visit.

Mooi huis met moderne faciliteiten
Jammer dat ze zo strikt de huurtijden aanhouden
Wij waren er om 1500 uur, het huisje was schoon en klaar om te betreden maar de tijdklok liet ons pas om 1600 uur exact binnen. Dat kan volgens mij best wel wat klantvriendelijker.
Bij vertrek kwam de schoonmaker wel al om nul 9:45 uur binnen …
