Modern 16-person group accommodation with sauna on holiday park in Cadzand
On Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad you can rent this modern detached 16-person group accommodation. The holiday villa has a spacious covered terrace with heater, garden, infrared sauna and on the ground floor two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.
The park offers various facilities to be active, but you can also rent bikes or scooters to explore the area. And those surroundings are certainly worthwhile, walking or cycling on Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is not difficult, there are many marked routes which lead you along cross-border villages, creeks, dikes and nature reserves. A trip to Knokke or Bruges is also a possibility.
Cadzand is the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands. Cadzand's beaches are among the most beautiful beaches the Netherlands has to offer. It has beautiful dunes and the beach is the perfect place for days out with the children. Various sports can be practised such as volleyball, surfing or sailing, among others. In Cadzand itself, culture and tradition go hand in hand with sand and sea fun, you will find several shops and also several terraces to spend a pleasant afternoon.

Layout
On the ground floor, the living room with floor heating includes a seating area, television, DVD player, CD player, radio and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner cooker, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kettle, among other things. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor you will also find the first two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds (box spring). The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
On the first floor are the other five bedrooms, three of which have two single beds (box spring) and two bedrooms have three single beds (box spring). One of the bedrooms has a television. There are three bathrooms on this floor, the first has a bath with washbasin, the second a shower and washbasin and finally the third has a shower, washbasin and infrared sauna. There are two separate toilets on this floor.
There is also central heating and free internet. Outside you have a spacious covered terrace with patio heater and a garden with garden furniture and sun beds. There is also a shed for storing your bicycles and parking for four cars.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- There are more accommodations with the same housecode, but only in some of them pets are allowed. Book quickly because full is full!

- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Cadzand, Zeeland
Cadzand is a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast, located on the North Sea. Here you can relax on the almost 10 kilometers long beach. The many hours of sunshine make it an ideal place for a sun vacation. Try one of the many water sports you can do at the beach, such as sailing or (kite)surfing. The surroundings of Cadzand are also excellent for wonderful hiking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. From Breskens you can take a ferry to Vlissingen for a day out, but the Belgian city of Bruges is also nearby and definitely worth a visit.

Het huis was mooi, maar VUIL!!! De keukenkasten waren niet proper, de ijskasten hadden nog etensresten, de witte plinten zagen zwart van het stof, de vloer was vuil en ook waren er meerdere stof-en spinnenwebben in hoeken en kanten. Daarbuiten was het personeel heel vriendelijk, de omgeving was mooi, het strand toegankelijk, meerdere faciliteiten…

Huisje was niet schoon. Lampen eettafel heel vet en bovenop keukenkasten( oven/koelkast) ook veel stof en vet.
Er was een enorme mierenplaag. In de douche beneden zat er schimmel

Mooie accomodatie. Ruim en prima voorzien van voldoende badkamers en toiletten voor 16 gasten. Minpuntjes waren de percolator die stuk was en de TV. Maar bij het onthaal werd dat alles direct opgelost en kregen we een nieuwe percolator en zelfs vooraleer we terug aan het huis waren stond de technieker er al om de tv na te kijken en te vervangen.
