Luxury 10 person holiday home with sauna on holiday park in Cadzand
On holiday park Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad you will find this luxury 10-person group accommodation. The park offers various facilities to be active. In addition, you can rent bikes or scooters to explore the surroundings. And these surroundings are certainly worth a visit. Walking or cycling in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is not difficult. There are many marked routes that take you across the border, past villages, creeks, dykes and nature reserves. A trip to Knokke or Bruges is also a possibility. Cadzand is the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands. Cadzand's beaches are among the most beautiful the Netherlands has to offer. It has beautiful dunes and beach: the perfect place for days out with the children. Various sports can be practised, such as volleyball, surfing or sailing. In Cadzand itself, culture and tradition go hand in hand with sand and sea fun; you will find various shops and terraces to spend a pleasant afternoon.
Layout
Bright living room with underfloor heating and folding doors to the covered terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, four-burner cooker, coffee maker, kettle and fridge-freezer. There are also two separate toilets. On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a television and an adjoining bathroom with shower and washbasin. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with two single beds each and three bathrooms, one with shower, one with shower and infrared sauna and one with a bathtub. Outside a lovely garden with terrace equipped with garden furniture. There is space for three cars at the accommodation.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- There are more accommodations with the same housecode, but only in some of them pets are allowed. Book quickly because full is full!
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Cadzand, Zeeland
Cadzand is a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast, located on the North Sea. Here you can relax on the almost 10 kilometers long beach. The many hours of sunshine make it an ideal place for a sun vacation. Try one of the many water sports you can do at the beach, such as sailing or (kite)surfing. The surroundings of Cadzand are also excellent for wonderful hiking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. From Breskens you can take a ferry to Vlissingen for a day out, but the Belgian city of Bruges is also nearby and definitely worth a visit.
