On holiday park Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad you will find this child-friendly group accommodation, suitable for 12 persons. The park has various facilities to be active. You can also rent bikes or scooters to explore the surroundings. And the surroundings are certainly worthwhile. Walking or cycling in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is not difficult. There are many marked routes that lead you across borders past villages, creeks, dikes and nature reserves. A trip to Knokke or Bruges is also a possibility. Cadzand is the most southern seaside resort of the Netherlands. The beaches of Cadzand belong to the most beautiful beaches that the Netherlands has to offer. It has a beautiful dune area and beach: the perfect place for days out with the kids. Various sports can be practised, such as volleyball, surfing or sailing. In Cadzand itself, culture and tradition go hand in hand with sand and sea fun, and you will find various shops and terraces to enjoy a pleasant afternoon.
Layout
The accommodation consists of three connected houses and has a connecting door on the ground floor. On the ground floor there are three living rooms with floor heating and French doors to the terrace. There are also three fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, four-burner cooker, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machine and microwave. There are also three toilets. On the first floor, there are six bedrooms with two single box spring beds, three bathrooms with shower and three separate toilets. There are three camping beds (excl. mattress), three highchairs, three playpens, three children's baths and a cart, a stair gate, shielded wall sockets and a fenced garden. There is space for three cars at the accommodation.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- There are more accommodations with the same housecode, but only in some of them pets are allowed. Book quickly because full is full!

- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Cadzand, Zeeland
Cadzand is a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast, located on the North Sea. Here you can relax on the almost 10 kilometers long beach. The many hours of sunshine make it an ideal place for a sun vacation. Try one of the many water sports you can do at the beach, such as sailing or (kite)surfing. The surroundings of Cadzand are also excellent for wonderful hiking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. From Breskens you can take a ferry to Vlissingen for a day out, but the Belgian city of Bruges is also nearby and definitely worth a visit.

3 huizen in 1, alleen tussendeuren op de begane grond. Ieder huis volledig ingericht. Veel privacy aan de achterzijde van het huis, daar ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ook nog centraal gelegen op (kinder) loopafstand van de Receptie, de Boulevard en het strand. Beste plek voor een familie!
