Luxury 6-person holiday home with sauna on family park in Cadzand
You can rent this detached 6-person holiday home at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad. The villa has a covered terrace, garden, infrared sauna and on the ground floor a bedroom and a bathroom. There are various facilities in the park to be active, but you can also rent bicycles or scooters to explore the area. And that environment is definitely worth it, walking or cycling in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is not difficult, there are many marked routes that lead you across the border along villages, creeks, dikes and nature reserves. A trip to Knokke or Bruges is also possible. Cadzand is the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands. The beaches of Cadzand are one of the most beautiful beaches that the Netherlands has to offer. It has a beautiful dune area and the beach is the perfect place for days out with the children. Various sports can be practiced such as volleyball, surfing or sailing. In Cadzand itself, culture and tradition go hand in hand with sand and sea fun. You will find various shops and several terraces to enjoy a pleasant afternoon.
Layout
Living room on the ground floor with underfloor heating, DVD-player and free Internet. Through folding doors you will reach the spacious, covered terrace. Kitchen complete with amongst others dishwasher, combination oven, fridge/freezer, coffee-maker and electric kettle. On the ground floor: toilet and one luxurious bedroom with 2 single beds and TV, with adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with two single beds each. Two bathrooms, one with shower, washbasin and infrared sauna, one with washbasin and bath. Both bathrooms hone with 2 beds and bathroom en suite with shower and washbasin. There is one separate toilet on the first floor. Outside you will find a garden, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a terrace heater, a storeroom for your bikes and 2 parking places.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- There are more accommodations with the same housecode, but only in some of them pets are allowed. Book quickly because full is full!
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Cadzand, Zeeland
Cadzand is a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast, located on the North Sea. Here you can relax on the almost 10 kilometers long beach. The many hours of sunshine make it an ideal place for a sun vacation. Try one of the many water sports you can do at the beach, such as sailing or (kite)surfing. The surroundings of Cadzand are also excellent for wonderful hiking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. From Breskens you can take a ferry to Vlissingen for a day out, but the Belgian city of Bruges is also nearby and definitely worth a visit.

Een net park, mooi aangelegd, gezellig huis, praktisch ingericht. Supervriendelijke mensen bij het onthaal. Wij komen graag in de winter voor de rust.
