4-person holiday home with garden and balcony on the Grevelingenmeer near Brouwershaven
Within walking distance of Lake Grevelingen, you will find this fine holiday home 'De Zeeuwse Kust' for four people on holiday park Port Greve. Because the house is located on the edge of the park, it is nice and quiet but still close to many park facilities. There are many facilities for children such as a ball pit, entertainment programme, indoor playground, outdoor playgrounds and sandpit. But you can also go to the park for daily shopping or a nice bite to eat. The surrounding area also offers many possibilities. The popular village of Brouwershaven is popular with water sports enthusiasts and has a cosy marina. Near Brouwershaven, a tour boat departs for round trips on the Grevelingen with the possibility of seal spotting. The North Sea beach is a ten-minute drive away. In short, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Grevelingenmeer.
Layout
This attractively furnished house is equipped for four people. On arrival, a personal welcome pack is waiting for you. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and kettle. The bar with two bar stools is a great place for a nice breakfast or a glass of wine. The two bathrooms are on the ground floor. One bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. The second bathroom houses the shower cubicle and washing machine. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase. There are two cosy bedrooms: one with two 80x200cm box-spring beds together and one with two 90x200cm box-spring beds separately. The green enclosed garden has a nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine. In the garden shed are sunbeds, a parasol and a wagon and toys for the children. You can park your car at the house or in the small car park 50m away.

- Use of the swimming pool at the park is not included. You can buy tickets for this at the pool a €9.00 per person per visit.

Location and surroundings
On Schouwen-Duiveland, you will find many cosy and characteristic towns and villages, many of which still have their authentic characteristics. The island's capital, Zierikzee, has built up a rich past thanks to the proceeds from trade, industry and fishing, and this shows in the many monuments. Do you like nightlife, sunny terraces and long beaches? Then nearby Renesse is definitely a must. For a cultural day out in the area, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwekerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans are highly recommended. For a day out with the whole family, Oosterschelde National Park is very beautiful, but Mini Mundi, a family amusement park in Middelburg, is also great fun.
