Cozy 12 person villa with private pool in Biggekerke

Come to Biggekerke to this cozy furnished 12 person villa with private pool (may - september) to have a nice stay. Biggekerke is a small village with a beautiful appearance. The village is embraced by a landscape that exudes a lot of nature. There are green polders, colorful flower fields and wide sandy beaches. The area is also perfect for biking or hiking. There is a beautiful coastline. From Biggekerke you are in no time on the beach of Zoutelande where you can enjoy sun, sea and beach fun. In addition, the larger cities are also interesting such as Middelburg. In Middelburg there is a lot of history to discover. There is a lot of water and greenery. A beautiful boat trip is definitely recommended.

Layout

The living room is tastefully decorated with a fireplace and two sitting areas. There is a large lounge sofa with television without streaming function. On the other side of the room is a cozy sitting area overlooking the outdoor area. The large conservatory is adjacent to the living room. Here there is a large table where 10 people can sit. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso and kettle.

The house has six bedrooms. The following bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), storage closet, dressing table with sink, chest of drawers and a crib. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) with a sink. The third bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) with a washbasin and mirror. The fourth bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm). In addition, there is a fifth bedroom, this is a cozy room with a crib (60x120 cm).

The utility room has a sink cabinet that can also be used as a dresser, as well as a washer and dryer combination. There is also a closet wall with six cabinets. The house has four bathrooms which are all located on the first floor. Bathroom one has a walk-in shower with space for two people and two separate sinks. Bathroom two has a shower stall and a large vanity with storage. The third bathroom has a vanity and bathtub. Bathroom four has a walk-in shower and a sink. In addition, there are two separate toilets in the home.

On the open loft is the sixth bedroom, the loft is accessed by stairs and there are four single beds (90x200 cm). 

The villa has a private outdoor pool (open from early April to late September). The garden is fenced and located on the southwest. Outside there is a lounge set as well as a picnic table. For children up to two years there is a high chair, crib (60x120 cm), stair gate and toys available. There is bicycle storage and space to park four cars. There are also nearby electric charging stations.

Biggekerke, Zeeland

Biggekerke is a cosy church village on the Zeeland island of Walcheren. You will find exceptional nature with clean beaches. There are many cycling opportunities, picturesque villages, cosy restaurants and plenty of indoor activities. Veere, for example, is definitely worth a visit: a Walcheren village where you can fully enjoy the old houses and characteristic farms. Want to spend a day shopping? Then visit pleasant Middelburg or Vlissingen. Immerse yourself in the region's history at Deltapark Neeltje Jans and learn about the 1953 flood disaster and the construction of the Delta Works. You can also enjoy the water park, go on round trips and take a real Oosterschelde Safari.

De locatie is uitstekend! Dichtbij het strand. Wij waren met twee honden en de tuin was heerlijk. Het huis is ruim. Een wat vreemde indeling met veel op- en afstapjes maar de bedden waren prima en het was schoon. Wij vonden het zwembad wat ongezellig met te weinig (lig) stoelen. Dat gold ook voor de tuin. Te weinig ligstoelen.
