Luxus 8 Personen wellness-holiday house in the Ardennes - full equiped!
This eight-person luxury wellness holiday home is located near the village of Beffe, in between the towns of Hotton and La Roche, and is situated in the southernmost and largest province of our neighbouring country Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. La Roche and Hotton are situated in a natural and quiet environment and guarantee a lovely and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings of Beffe are perfect for walking, horse-riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground floor:
This holiday home has a cosy living room with Cable TV, PS4 and a cosy wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is modern, cosy and above all fully equipped with a filter coffee maker. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with bunk beds each and a modern bathroom with shower and a toilet.
Ground floor:
This is where wellness comes in. There is a large, sauna, a plunge bath, a walk-in shower and a cosy relaxation room with a flat screen TV. You can also relax at the bar corner equipped with a fridge. A fourth bedroom with a double bed is also located here.
Outside:
The terrace is partly covered and is equipped with lounge furniture in the spring and summer.

The wooded area around Beffe is perfect for hiking, horse riding or cycling. The surrounding area is great for motorcycling and perfect for kayaking or fishing in a nearby river. Looking for a fun outing? Then visit Parc Chlorophulle in Dochamps, the impressive Grottes de Hotton, Monde Sauvage Safari Park in Aywaille or Houtopia Recreation Centre in Houffalize. If you prefer a city trip, go to the charming surrounding towns of La Roche or Durbuy. Here you can shop, eat out or visit various castles and museums. Furthermore, there are plenty of activities in the region: think hiking, cycling and mountain biking, quad biking, climbing and abseiling.

Huisje is erg gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Schoonmaken doen ze niet. Stofnesten achter prullenbakken en lappen. Veel is ook kapot. Zoals kranen, Lampen, vlonder, Vlekken op muren, verroeste wc borstels enz. Foto’s zijn op te vragen als jullie er echt iets mee willen doen. Bij de borg ook nog een 100 eenheden stroom te veel doorberekend.

Mooie chalet met plezante sauna. Prachtig uitzicht. Sommige zaken waren (gedeeltelijk) stuk, waardoor we ons zorgen gemaakt hebben. Ze hadden ons beter eerst verwittigd. Spijtig dat de sleutel zo ver weg moet opgehaald en terug gebracht worden. Beetje geurhinder in de wellness ruimtes. ook na het opgieten van alle afvoerputjes.
