This park is situated near National Park Veluwezoom and National Park de Hoge Veluwe where you can enjoy walking or cycling over the vast heathlands or through the woods. Within half an hour you are also in 'the Sahara of the Low Countries' Kootwijkerzand. Cycle the popular 8 castles route or take a look in one of the castles. Prefer to go on a trip with the family? The Apenheul, Paleis het Loo or Amusement park Julianatoren are fun trips for the whole family!

For example, visit Paleis Het Loo and make it a royal day out as you admire the magnificent interiors from the seventeenth to the twentieth century. Prefer an active day? Then cycle through the beautiful Hoge Veluwe National Park on the free white bikes or visit the Kröller-Müller Museum for a day of nature and culture in one. A day at Children's Amusement Park Julianatoren or Klimbos Veluwe is an absolute must with the kids and in Apeldoorn or Deventer you can enjoy shopping or eating. Bij het inleveren van de sleutels heb ik een briefje overhandigd met een aantal opmerkingen, o.a. over stoffige vloerenbedekking op de slaapkamers, geblutste pannen en rommelige samenstelling van het bestek., ontbrekende theepot, enz.

Het is een heerlijk huis. groot genoeg voor 10. keuken goed voorzien. bedden zijn ok. het was netjes en ruim. De tuin is heerlijk om te zitten, ruim en rustig. het was helemaal rustig, wrs door eerste mooie weekend van het jaar.
tip: het was schoon maar na de winter zou een grondige schoonmaak wel een aanrader zijn, tapijt boven zeker.

De omgeving is mooi en rustig. Huisje voor 10 volwassenen beneden toch wat klein. Ook is het stapelbed echt voor kinderen. Smaller en korter dan een normaal bed. Omdat wij met 9 volwassenen waren heeft 1 van ons in de daktent van haar auto geslapen waardoor wij het opgelost hadden. Bedden zijn verder prima en sanitair ook oké.
