Modern 4 person MIVA holiday home on the Veluwe near Beekbergen

This accommodation is ideal for wheelchair users and features a cozy fireplace. The accommodation is situated on the holiday park Beekbergen and is in the middle of the Veluwe. On the holiday park you will find an indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities, a restaurant and playgrounds for children. This is the perfect base for nature lovers to explore the Veluwe by foot or by bike. Would you rather experience the hustle and bustle of a city? Arnhem and Apeldoorn are just a stone's throw away.

Layout

The accommodation is completely ground floor. There is a living room with sitting and dining area. There is also a fireplace and television. The modern kitchen is wheelchair proof and equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. There are a total of two bedrooms with two single beds and two bathrooms en suite. The large bathroom has a shower 90 cm wide and has brackets and a shower chair, there is also a toilet 50 cm wide with brackets. The other bathroom has a shower and a sink. In some homes there is a bathtub. In addition, there is a separate toilet. Through a sliding door in the living room you can access the terrace with garden furniture. There is a paved parking lot and a widened access path to the accommodation.

  • Please note that it is not possible to place a child bed in the bedroom in this holiday accommodation.
  • Exterior and interior may differ per holiday home.
  • The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
  • It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
  • There are pet-free vacation rentals and vacation rentals that allow pets. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process? Unfortunately there is no vacation home available in which pets are allowed.
  • Road works on the viaduct on N786 will take place from 12 May to 20 July 2025 and a diversion route to and from the park will apply.

From Beekbergen, Apeldoorn is within cycling distance and from here you can see many sights. For example, visit Paleis Het Loo and make it a royal day out as you admire the magnificent interiors from the seventeenth to the twentieth century. Prefer an active day? Then cycle through the beautiful Hoge Veluwe National Park on the free white bikes or visit the Kröller-Müller Museum for a day of nature and culture in one. A day at Children's Amusement Park Julianatoren or Klimbos Veluwe is an absolute must with the kids and in Apeldoorn or Deventer you can enjoy shopping or eating. Of course, you can also find good restaurants in Beekbergen itself.

Huisje was goed schoon. Alles qua interieur OK. Ik heb de verwarming ook de badkamer handmatig moeten bedienen. Daarvoor geen handleiding gevonden, geldt ook voor de “open haard” met afstandsbediening. Wellicht kan dat beter. In ieder geval de verwarming weer op een laag pitje gezet ook in de badkamer.

Dit was onze eerste vakantie en kennismaking met een mindervalide woning. De aangepaste badkamer/ toilet en de ruimte om met rollator uit de voeten te kunnen is een plus. De keukenkastjes en lades zonder handgreep is ervaren als een gemis. En de comfort van de stoelen/ bank; laag, moeilijk opstaan en niet relaxed zitten. Omgeving mooi vriendelijk

Wij hebben het fijn gehad in een mooi en toch aangepast huisje. Prima indeling, qua badkamer e.a. goed uitgeruste keuken.
Qat ik wel minder vond is dat we ver van de hoofdingang zaten en er dus weinig leven was in “onze” straat. Lopen met een rolstoel naar receptie was ver, veel drempels in de weg.
Naar de receptie rijden was bijna 2 kilometer.
