On this floor are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds (one on the mezzanine). The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor you will find a relaxation area with a bar (including a refrigerator) and a pool table. There is also an additional bedroom with a double bed, adjacent to a bathroom with walk-in shower, infrared cabin and toilet. Outside there is a spacious terrace for cozy moments, a hot tub with a soothing view of the trees. There is also a carport for two cars and a small garage for bikes with sockets for electric bikes.
