Luxury detached 8-person Watervilla located directly at the Slotermeer
Celebrate your holiday in Balk, Friesland in this durable luxury detached water villa with its own jetty, located right on the Slotermeer lake. This villa is everything you are looking for when you want to spend your holiday in the Frisian Lakes region with your family. The Watervilla has a mooring for your own sloop or sailboat up to 8.5 metres, or rent a sloop for a day or during your entire stay.
Balk is a beautiful village and is characterised by its historic centre situated on the river Luts. Along the Luts, you can shop extensively and have a bite to eat and a drink in one of the restaurants. Famous water sports resorts such as Sneek, Lemmer, Woudsend and Heeg are nearby, ideal for water sports enthusiasts.

The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a multifunctional oven, Quooker/hot water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. A bedroom with double box-spring combination and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate sink. The toilet is separate from the entrance

Through the folding doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water and a private jetty with swimming ladder. Here you can enjoy endless peace and quiet. Some houses within this type come with an enclosed garden, you can book this with preference based on availability.

- Park charges apply only to persons aged 12 years and over. Please indicate the age of your children in the comments field of the booking process. The park fees will then be adjusted manually on your invoice.

The centre of Balk is characterised by the little river Luts, which winds its way through the beautiful row of canals to the lake. Strolling along the canal is lovely and the restaurants serve excellent food. Slotermeer, the Luts and Balk are part of the now famous Frisian Elfstedentocht, which makes it extra special to holiday here. It is also worth exploring the forests of Rijs or getting a breath of fresh air at the Mirnser Klif, which is an Eldorado for kitesurfers due to its location on the IJsselmeer. Water sports resorts such as Sneek, Lemmer, Woudsend, Heeg and Terhorne are not to be missed, as are the villages of Sloten, Stavoren, Makkum, Workum and Hindeloopen.

Het was een fantastische vakantie, We hebben heerlijk genoten van de rust. En de service is top vooral Sjoukje heb ons super goed geholpen bedankt daarvoor we hoefde maar te vragen en het werd geregeld jij bent onze Held hahahah maar echt hele mooie locatie we zijn zeer tevreden over alles! Fantastische accommodatie en ligging, heel proper huis met top service. sloep huren zeker een aanrader! Wij komen zeer zeker nog eens terug.
