Detached villa for 12 persons with Wi-Fi at holiday resort Bad Bentheim.
The main building von Ferienresort Bad Bentheim features a Food Market, a restaurant and various facilities for sports and recreational activities. Directly opposite the park is an communal indoor swimming pool with a toddler pool and an outdoor pool with plenty of play equipment for children (parkguests have free access for one visit).
Layout
This villa features a cosy living room with underfloor heating, a television and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with many conveniences, including a fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, standard kitchen inventory, combination microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
On the first floor you will find another five bedrooms, each with two single beds. One or more bedrooms have a television. There are two more bathrooms on the first floor, one with a bath and one with a sauna. There is a separate toilet. There is also a stair gate.
Outside the house there is an enclosed garden with a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation has its own parking space for four cars.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- For children from 5 to 17 years old, you pay a lower tourist tax rate, namely EUR 2,99 per person per night.
- At the reception you can only pay by debit or credit card, cash payments can unfortunately not be processed.
- You can use the swimmingpool across the holiday park for free during your stay at Bad Bentheim.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

Bad Bentheim, a beautiful characteristic village with authentic cobblestones and narrow alleys. A village where culture, relaxation and sightseeing go hand in hand. Fancy an excursion? Visit Bentheim Castle with your children and learn about its history. This is also the perfect place for relaxation: around 1711, healing sulphur springs were discovered in Bad Bentheim. A golden catch that now contributes daily to the modern spas and wellness facilities in the area. Cities such as Osnabrück and Münster are also nearby and are definitely recommended. Would you rather spend a day being active? Then cycling and hiking tours abound in this area.

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad. Iedereen was zeer tevreden. Goede ruimte met 11 mensen. Het zwembad op loopafstand was groot succes. Zeker een aanrader. Het park zag er keurig uit, alleen de plaats waar afval moet worden afgeleverd moet iets vaker worden leeg geruimd. Dit is eigenlijk het enige negatieve. Dus top?!

Het huisje was erg slecht schoongemaakt, we kwamen er echter achter dat we te laat waren om hievan een melding te maken.
