7-person detached villa on holiday park at Ferienresort Bad Bentheim.
Suitable for up to seven people, this holiday home is located on Ferienresort Bad Bentheim. The centre building is equipped with a Food Market, restaurant and various sports and games activities. The restaurant serves buffet only on some days. You can enquire about the options on site. Directly opposite the park, you can visit the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play facilities. Access to these pools is free once for park guests. The park has a beauty salon. Here you can enjoy wonderful treatments. Ask about the possibilities upon arrival.
Layout
This beautiful villa features a cosy living room. The living room has a television with streaming function and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with many conveniences, including a fridge with internal freezer compartment, microwave oven, standard kitchen inventory, kettle, coffee cup machine and a dishwasher. There is a separate toilet.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, including one bedroom with three single beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each. One bedroom is equipped with a television. There is also a bathroom with sink, shower, underfloor heating and a bathtub. There is a separate toilet.
Outside the house you will find a garden with a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture and four sun loungers. There is also a storage room and parking space for two cars at the villa.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- For children from 5 to 17 years old, you pay a lower tourist tax rate, namely EUR 2,99 per person per night.
- At the reception you can only pay by debit or credit card, cash payments can unfortunately not be processed.
- You can use the swimmingpool across the holiday park for free during your stay at Bad Bentheim.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

Visit Bentheim Castle with your children and learn about its history. This is also the perfect place for relaxation: around 1711, healing sulphur springs were discovered in Bad Bentheim. A golden catch that now contributes daily to the modern spas and wellness facilities in the area. Cities such as Osnabrück and Münster are also nearby and are definitely recommended.
