Lovely 4 person holiday home in the center of Bad Bentheim.
This attractive and nostalgic four-person holiday home is located right in the center of Bad Bentheim. A great destination if you do not want to travel too far but still want to be in a different environment. The former coachman's house falls under the protected cityscape of Bad Bentheim. The holiday home is within walking distance of the well-known 1000-year-old castle that towers high above the rolling wooded landscape. The well-known health resort with its sulfur and healing springs, indoor and outdoor pools and sauna is two kilometers away. The area is also rich in walking and cycling routes. Top location!
Layout
Cozy furnished living room with wood burning stove and a sitting area with TV with cable connection and a DVD player. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. There is a separate "patio room" with a reading chair, bookcase, games and regional information. Cozy spacious kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen has, among other things, a natural stone counter top, gas hob, filter coffee machine, oven and fridge.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Upstairs there is also a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. From the bathroom you have access to the raised outside terrace, located on the old city wall. Here is a dining table with four chairs and a parasol. In addition there is a shed for storing bicycles.
About 25 meters from the holiday house there is a public parking lot, where you can park for free. There is also a covered parking space nearby, where you can park for free.

- For children from 5 to 17 years old, you pay EUR 1,20 city tax, please indicate this in the comments during the booking process. This will then be processed manually on the invoice.
- Energy consumption is subject to a price ceiling. The free consumption is for natural gas 4 cubic metres per day, electricity 3Kwh per day and water 0.5 cubic metres per day. For consumption above this ceiling, the following settlement prices are charged on site:
- Natural gas: EUR 2.75 per cubic metre
- Electricity: EUR 1.50 per Kwh

Bad Bentheim, a beautiful characteristic village with authentic cobblestones and narrow alleys. A village where culture, relaxation and sightseeing go hand in hand. Fancy an excursion? Visit Bentheim Castle with your children and learn about its history. This is also the perfect place for relaxation: around 1711, healing sulphur springs were discovered in Bad Bentheim. A golden catch that now contributes daily to the modern spas and wellness facilities in the area. Cities such as Osnabrück and Münster are also nearby and are definitely recommended. Would you rather spend a day being active? Then cycling and hiking tours abound in this area.

Prima vertoeven in dit oude huisje. Alles is aanwezig: föhn, droogrek, ventilator, tuinkussens, parasol, stofzuiger, volop serviesgoed, keukenlinnen en handdoeken. We hebben niets gemist. Parkeren in parkeergarage. Ook genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Bakker op loopafstand (5 minuten), Weinig winkeltjes, maar in Nordhorn of Gronau volop. TOP

Het is een geweldig huisje, helemaal compleet.
Onze vakantie was dan ook super leuk.
Wat ons buiten de deur opviel is dat veel winkels en horeca gelegenheden maar een paar dagen in de week geopend zijn.
De omgeving is ook prachtig.
Een echte aanrader.
