Beautifully located 4 person holiday home near Steenwijk - Giethoorn
This truly sublime holiday home is located on the edge of Landgoed de Woldberg near Steenwijk and Giethoorn. The holiday home is located on a very large, hilly estate with all-round views over the fields and the forest edges of the Woldberg. In addition to the fantastic immediate surroundings of the holiday home, you can also easily reach the medieval town of Steenwijk from this holiday home, but you can also drive to the water village of Giethoorn in a few minutes. Weerribben-Wieden National Park is also a real "crowd puller" in this area. Rent a whisper boat or a canoe and explore this area from the water. Of course this is also easy to do by bike or on foot. There are numerous cycling and walking routes in the area. Mountain bikers can also indulge themselves here in the hilly landscape. There is also a possibility to bring your own horse. There are many opportunities for outdoor riding in the surrounding area.

There are two bedrooms, one generous bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, the second bedroom is upstairs and has two single beds. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a modern walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine you can use for a fee and a washing rack. Outside a lovely spacious garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture. There is also a trampoline for the children. There is a shed for your bicycle with the possibility of charging the battery of your electric bicycle. The house is equipped with air conditioning.

In these beautiful nature reserves you have the opportunity to take a lovely walk and bike ride. The many picturesque towns in the area such as Giethoorn, Sint-Jansklooster, Blokzijl and Dwarsgracht are also definitely worth a visit. Rent a whisper boat in Giethoorn and discover the beautiful surroundings from the water. For a fun outing, visit Klimbos Avontuurlijk Paasloo, De Orchideeën Hoeve or the dolmens in Havelte. For a cozy terrace or a good restaurant you can go to nearby Steenwijk.

Wij hebben 4 prachtige zonnige dagen in een goed verzorgd huisje doorgebracht.Het weer was mooi en i.v.d de ruimte er om heen erg prettig.

Een heerlijk huisje, inderdaad. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er, alles schoon en netjes. De airconditioner was een welkome extra. De ontvangst en het verdere contact was prima en de omgeving was boven verwachting. Een aanrader.
