With 6 people to Brabant: a luxury recreation farmhouse as holiday destination!
With six people to the cozy Brabant? Then go to this six-person holiday home on Parc de Kievit. Special about the environment here, is that the Netherlands and Belgium are completely mixed. In the village of Baarle-Nassau, where the park is located, it is possible that you walk down one street and suddenly find yourself in a piece of Belgium. In addition to visiting this lovely village, you can also choose to go out into nature. By bike or on your feet: discover the woody surroundings. Young and old will also be entertained at the park. For example, come and enjoy the heated swimming pool, play midget golf or play in the large playgrounds. In the high season your (grand)children will have a lot of fun with the animation team! Layout
This house sleeps six and is well equipped. The living area downstairs consists of the living room, open kitchen and loft. The living room has a spacious seating area and television. The open kitchen contains a cooking island with bar stools. There is also a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave with oven, dishwasher, kettle and induction cooker.
There are three bedrooms in total, two of which have a double bed and one has two single beds. The two bathrooms both have a toilet and shower. One of the bathrooms also has a bath.
Outside you will find a furnished terrace overlooking a pond and 250m2 of garden. There is space to park two cars.

Baarle-Nassau is a historic enclave village in North Brabant and is located near the Belgian border. The centre of Baarle-Nassau consists partly of Dutch Baarle-Nassau and partly of Belgian Baarle-Hertog. The area has many Dutch and Belgian enclaves located in each other's parts. One moment you are still in the Netherlands, while the next you walk straight into Belgium. Besides the enclave walk in the city centre, the stretched out woodlands, fens and moors in the area invite you to go on wonderful walking and cycling trips. Want to go out for the day? You can be in Breda or Tilburg in no time at all for some great shopping and the Efteling or Bobbejaanland are great with kids!

Heel mooi en nieuw huisje. Mooi gelegen aan een vijver. Mooi en luxe ingericht. Tips: Let op met jonge kinderen; geen traphekjes aanwezig. In de badkamer boven zouden hoog gemonteerde haakjes of een handdoekrail handig zijn om toe te voegen.

Het was een mooi nieuw huisje met leuk uitzicht op de fontein. Mooi interieur en leuke indeling. Helaas leken de matrassen niet nieuw, daar waren enkelen ingezakt. Ook het feit dat de wc niet apart was met de douche, was erg spijtig als je met vier man een badkamer moet delen. De zondag 10.00u vertrekken is ook erg vroeg. Verder fijn verblijf gehad!
