Group accommodation for 18 people between Winterberg and Willingen

Taste Sauerland. This spacious holiday home in Assinghausen offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in Sauerland. There is a large living room and living kitchen where you can socialise and enjoy yourself with family or friends. There are no fewer than nine bedrooms, each with a double bed (2m x 80cm). For the children there is an assortment of toys and of course WIFI, TV, DVDs, music and some reading books. In the kitchen, a cosy wood-burning stove provides cosy game nights and a friendly atmosphere. Outside, there is a fantastic garden where it is great to linger on the beer terrace, in the lounge area or behind the barbecue, enjoying the sunshine. A trip to Winterberg or Willingen is easily made, with a wide range of tourist attractions. In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, water-skiing in Niedersfeld, skiing and cross-country skiing in Winterberg or Willingen, mountain biking on various tracks, motorcycling, mini-golf in Hildfeld and go-karting. In short, everything within easy reach in a beautiful group accommodation, exclusively for your company!

Layout

This nostalgic, old German half-timbered house is comfortably furnished and features a living room with two seating areas: one with a TV and DVD player, and one furnished as a play and reading area. There are also games and a sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped, including two fridges, an oven, a dishwasher and an induction hob. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet and three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Upstairs there are six more bedrooms, also with double beds, and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with veranda where there is sun all day. There is ample parking at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

Location and surroundings

Assinghausen, North-Rhine-Westphalia

Assinghausen is located in the High Sauerland, one of the most popular regions of Germany. This small town is at an altitude of no less than 400 meters and from here you really have a fantastic view of the mountains of (sometimes as high as) 850 meters. The popular Winterberg is just a 20-minute drive away and is the famous centerpiece with its high mountains and many winter sports opportunities. You will also find plenty of hiking opportunities in the High Sauerland: for example, hike the steep Rothaarsteig, do the Winterberger Hochtour or visit the Bergwanderpark Sauerland. Other fun trips nearby include Amusement Park Fort Fun, the Panorama Erlebnis Brücke or one of the many bobsleigh tracks nearby.
