Detached villa for 8 people with dishwasher at Klein Vink holiday park, Limburg.
Klein Vink holiday park is brimming with activities. One of the sources is the spa Thermaalbad Arcen, with restful and energising indoor and outdoor pools. You can also surf, row, pedal boat, canoe and play tennis. Smaller children will not be bored for a second, thanks to the indoor swimming pool (free entrance for park guests), the playground and the indoor playground De Vinkenburcht.
Layout
This detached villa is suitable for eight persons. Through the hall you enter the bright living room with sliding doors to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. There is also a filter and Senseo coffee machine. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find three attractive bedrooms with two single beds each. You will enjoy the comfort of two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor, there is a separate toilet. Also bookable with preference with bay window for more living space (116 instead of 107 m2). You can park two cars at the holiday home.

Particularities
- When renting this holiday home, you will receive 2.5 hours of free access to the spa Thermaalbad Arcen every day.
- During your stay you have unlimited free access to the covered swimming pool. Except during school holidays, the covered pool is closed from Monday till Friday from 3 pm till 7 pm due to swimming instruction.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Hotel rooms are restyled during your stay at Bad Arcen. As a result, there are activities from Monday to Friday that may cause noise pollution. Possible inconvenience is limited as much as possible.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink will be closed from Monday 25 November 2024 to Monday 2 December 2024.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

We zijn geen klagers, dus hebben we pas bij vertrek een paar klachten bij de receptie achtergelaten. Zo werkten maar 3 van de 4 gaspitten, was de lamp op de trap kapot, was in elke slaapkamer een nachtlampje defect en de afwasmachine waste niet schoon. Hoewel de gaspit en de slechte afwasmachine best onhandig waren, hebben we ons prima vermaakt.
