Spacious 20 persons family villa on a holiday park in Arcen, Limburg
At Resort Arcen, every path leads to fun, relaxation or tranquility. The large, modern and child-friendly park has been designed from A to Z to offer you a top holiday. With a lovely indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there is more fun. How about the beautiful sandy beach, the petting zoo, the wonderful restaurant with panoramic terrace, a great recreation team and the mini golf course? You will definitely have a wonderful time here from recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets.
Layout
This spacious family villa has a spacious living room with flat screen television and DVD player. There is a spacious open kitchen with, among other things, a dining area, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. There are two separate toilets. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds and a private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet, which are suitable for disabled people. There is a sun shower in one of these bathrooms.
On the first floor you will find eight bedrooms with a total of 16 box-spring beds, a flat-screen television and a private bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Outside the house you will find a lovely terrace with garden furniture. All villas have free WiFi as standard. The villas have parking for four cars.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

Mooi huis! Hadden huisje aan de overkant, geen gras, erg klein terras. Was jammer. Maar in totaal twee toiletrollen voor 12 toiletten. Wij hadden dat vooraf willen weten. Met 20 man gaat het hard. Fijne woonruimte/keuken/slaapkamers. Wel erg veel geld voor huur/schoonmaak/ lakens. Leuk park. Leuk klein zwembad. Groot genoeg.

Er kwamen nog grote onvoorziene kosten bij zoals de kosten van de schoonmaak. We dachten dat dat inbegrepen was in de prijs van de huur van het huis.
