Comfortable10 person holiday villa with sauna on holiday park
At the beautiful Resort Arcen, every path leads to fun, relaxation or rest. The large, modern and child-friendly park is designed from top to toe to give you a great holiday. With an indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there is more fun. How about the sandy beach, the children's farm, the restaurant with panoramic terrace, a great recreation team and the mini-golf course? From recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets, you are sure to have a great time here.
Layout
This comfortable villa features a spacious living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a kitchen including a fridge including freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher and combination microwave oven. There are three or four bathrooms, sunshower and a traditional sauna. There are five bedrooms with a total of 10 single box-spring beds and an extra television in one bedroom. Three of the bedrooms are in the basement, the others are upstairs. The house also has a storage room with washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. All villas have free Wi-Fi as standard. The villas have parking space for one car.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

Erg lang gewacht voor het inchecken en erg hoge borg. Verder net huisje dat goed schoon was.
