Spacious 10 persons family villa on a holiday park with swimming pool in Arcen, Limburg
At Resort Arcen, every path leads to fun, relaxation or rest. The spacious, modern and child-friendly park has been designed from A to Z to offer you a top holiday. With a lovely indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there are more activities!! How about the sandy beach, the petting zoo, the restaurant with panoramic terrace, a great recreation team and the mini golf course? You will definitely experience a fantastic time here from recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets.
Layout
This comfortable family villa features a spacious living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen with a dining area, fridge, freezer, combination microwave, filter and Senseo coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet. On the ground floor is one bedroom with two box-spring beds, private bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet suitable for disabled persons. Upstairs are four bedrooms with a total of eight box-spring beds, flat-screen TV and private bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Outside the house is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. All villas have free Wi-Fi as standard. There is parking space for two cars at the villas.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. Mooi park. Het huis was praktisch ingericht en schoon, fijn! De service van het park is super. 2x gebeld en de servicemonteur kwam direct. Minpunt is de wand tussen de woningen. Je kunt letterlijk horen wat ze bij de buren zeggen, niet fijn.

Inventaris keuken minimaal en niet compleet. Zeker voor 10 personen mag hier meer aandacht voor worden besteed. Vaatwasser en magnetron zijn aan vervanging toe. Omgeving en verdere faciliteiten prima. Fijn dat we rolstoel hele week mochten gebruiken
