Comfortable 4 person villa on a holiday park with swimming pool in Arcen, Limburg.
At the beautiful Resort Arcen, every path leads to pleasure, relaxation or rest. The large, modern and child-friendly park is designed from top to toe to offer you a great holiday. With an indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there is more fun. How about the sandy beach, the children's farm, the restaurant with panoramic terrace, a great recreation team and the mini-golf course? From recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets, you are sure to have a great time here.
Layout
This modern holiday bungalow features an entrance hall with a toilet. There is a spacious living room with flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an atmospheric fireplace. The open-plan kitchen has built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine and access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. All bedrooms have their own TV. There is also a bathroom with sun shower and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside the house, you can enjoy a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The furnishing/layout of the villas may vary. All villas have free Wi-Fi as standard.
You can park your car in the central car park, where baggage carts are available for free use. Some villas have parking space for one car.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

Mooi park, omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. Huisje had voor ons wat negatieve ervaringen. Schuifdeur naar buiten sluit niet goed af aan de onderkant, spinnenweb onder houten krukje, vuile vlekken op stoel / douche tegels/ koekenpan/ stof op tv. Afstandsbediening tv slecht, met plakband vast. Geen handdoek haakje in keuken.
