Layout
The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area and dining area, allowing guests to relax and dine overlooking the lake. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample closet space for guests to store their belongings. The neat bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a private garden with patio furniture, ideal for enjoying the serene lakeside setting. You can park your car at the central car park.

Particularities
- This is a new accommodation, the garden may not yet be (fully) overgrown during your stay.
- During your stay you have unlimited free access to the covered swimming pool. Except during school holidays, the covered pool is closed from Monday till Friday from 3 pm till 7 pm due to swimming instruction.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Hotel rooms are restyled during your stay at Bad Arcen. As a result, there are activities from Monday to Friday that may cause noise pollution. Possible inconvenience is limited as much as possible.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink will be closed from Monday 25 November 2024 to Monday 2 December 2024.

Het Lake house zelf is echt geweldig, prachtige nieuwe huisjes , modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, vanuit je eigen terras kan je zo het water in. Het park zelf vonden we erg rumoerig, mede doordat de eerste twee dagen van onze midweek een feesttent was neergezet met zeer luide muziek tot 01.30 in de nacht.
