Detached 8-person villa on holiday park Klein Vink, Limburg.
This comfortable eight-person holiday home is located at Klein Vink Holiday Park, where it is bustling with activities. One of the sources is the thermal spa Arcen Thermal Baths, with indoor and outdoor pools that provide calming and energy. You can also surf, row, pedal boat, canoe and play tennis. Even smaller children will not be bored here for a second, thanks to the indoor swimming pool (free access for park guests), the playground equipment and the indoor playground De Vinkenburcht.
Layout
Bright living room with a dining area and a sitting area with smart TV and patio doors to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi-microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and a filter and Senseo coffee maker. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor you will find three attractive bedrooms, each with two single beds. Here you can enjoy the comfort of two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. There is a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. There is also a washing machine in the storage room. You can park two cars at the holiday home.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- During your stay you have unlimited free access to the covered swimming pool. Except during school holidays, the covered pool is closed from Monday till Friday from 3 pm till 7 pm due to swimming instruction.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Hotel rooms are restyled during your stay at Bad Arcen. As a result, there are activities from Monday to Friday that may cause noise pollution. Possible inconvenience is limited as much as possible.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink will be closed from Monday 25 November 2024 to Monday 2 December 2024.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

Mooi huis, prachtige omgeving. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant en er was goede service, er werd meegedacht over dieetwensen. De schoonmaak had iets beter gekund (wat vieze vlekken op de slaapkamermuren, niet gestofzuigd onder de banken, schimmel in de douche, zwarte vlekken op de dekbedhoezen). Maar fijn weekend gehad!

Wij hebben een hele mooie ervaring beleefd afgelopen week. Dit was te danken aan de mooie plek, geweldige tuin en het mooie huis waarin wij hebben mogen verblijven. Het huis bezat alle toeters en bellen die ons verblijf erg comfortabel maakten!
