Beautiful 8 person holiday home on holiday parc Boomhiemke - Ameland
This beautiful eight-person Wadden lodge is located on the Boomhiemke holiday park and contributes to an unforgettable holiday on Ameland. Boomhiemke holiday park is situated on perhaps the most beautiful part of Ameland: at the foot of the Hollumer dunes and right next to the Jan Roepesheide nature reserve. It is wonderfully quiet here so that you can optimally enjoy nature. Hear the seagulls and the rustle of the dune grass. There is plenty to do for young and old at Vakantiepark Boomhiemke. Enjoy a good book in privacy on your own sun terrace or close your eyes and feel how the sun warms your skin wonderfully. The tough Amelander farm style is a feast for the eyes and you don't have to worry about your children for a second. They will have a great time at one of the playgrounds, the swimming pool or with the animation team. It will be a holiday for everyone to remember!
Layout
This ground floor lodge has a modern furnished living room with a dining and sitting area with TV. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as a fridge-freezer, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a four-burner stove and a combi microwave. There are four bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed, the other three bedrooms each have two single beds. A cot can be placed in one of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms with a shower and one of the bathrooms has a toilet. Finally, the lodge has a beautiful garden with garden furniture. Their is a parking space for one car at the house.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- The crossing to the Wadden island of Ameland takes about 45 minutes. Should you decide to take the car with you to Ameland, please note that you must reserve a place for your car on the ferry well in advance. For pedestrians, the boat is accessible at all times. Book the ferry on 0900 9238. Information about the departure times can be found at www.wpd.nl.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Please note that in the period early November 2023 to early April 2024, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreational programme.
- Please note that in the low season, the facilities are open on a limited basis from Tuesday to Thursday.

On this island you can fully enjoy beautiful nature. Rent bicycles and make beautiful trips through the dunes or go for an amazing walk on the beach. On Ameland you will find several museums and one of them is the Cultuurhistorisch Museum, where you can learn all about Ameland's traditions. But if you do not come for the cultural entertainment and prefer to look for the action, this is also a good place to be. As a water sports enthusiast, you will be in luck: swimming, fishing, canoeing and kite surfing are all possible on the island. And of course, after an active day there is time for a snack and a drink in one of the many beach pavilions, restaurants or cafes. Ameland is definitely a great place to be!

Wij hebben zeer genoten.
Een tip voor de ideeënbus: plaats naast de ingang van een huisje een rooster om het zand uit de schoenen te kloppen voordat je naar binnen gaat.

De schuifdeur naar het terras was erg lastig weer dicht te krijgen.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, huisje was prima. Wel hadden we 2x lekkage in de slaapkamer, omdat achteraf de gaatjes dicht zaten met zand, van het kantelkiep raam/deur. Maar de TD heeft het opgelost, de woonkamer is wel aan de kleine kant met 7 personen. En we werden (bijna) overal op het park aangesproken in het Duits.
