Charming lodge on a joyful holiday park on Ameland for 6 persons.
From this modern six-person lodge at the Boomhiemke holiday park, you can have a wonderful holiday. The holiday park is located on perhaps the most beautiful part of Ameland, at the foot of the Hollumer dunes and with the Jan Roepesheide nature reserve right next door. Here you are assured of a relaxing weekend away on the Wadden island of Ameland. Young and old will enjoy themselves in and around the park. There are several playgrounds, a swimming pool and in the summer there is even an animation team.
Layout
The modern lodge was newly built in 2016 and has its own garden with garden furniture where you can relax with the sound of the rushing sea and the chirping of the birds in the background. The single-storey holiday lodge has a spacious living space that is characterized by the abundance of light. Through the dining area you enter the semi-open kitchen which is equipped with all modern facilities such as a fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker and a dishwasher. The lodge has three bedrooms, two with two single box-spring beds and a television and one double bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, you have two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet at your disposal. Parking is available at short distance from the holiday home.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
If you bring a cot, please note that you can only place it in the living room.
- The crossing to the Wadden island of Ameland takes about 45 minutes. Should you decide to take the car with you to Ameland, please note that you must reserve a place for your car on the ferry well in advance. For pedestrians, the boat is accessible at all times. Book the ferry on 0900 9238. Information about the departure times can be found at www.wpd.nl.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Please note that in the period early November 2023 to early April 2024, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreational programme.
- Please note that in the low season, the facilities are open on a limited basis from Tuesday to Thursday.

On this island you can fully enjoy beautiful nature. Rent bicycles and make beautiful trips through the dunes or go for an amazing walk on the beach. On Ameland you will find several museums and one of them is the Cultuurhistorisch Museum, where you can learn all about Ameland's traditions. But if you do not come for the cultural entertainment and prefer to look for the action, this is also a good place to be. As a water sports enthusiast, you will be in luck: swimming, fishing, canoeing and kite surfing are all possible on the island. And of course, after an active day there is time for a snack and a drink in one of the many beach pavilions, restaurants or cafes. Ameland is definitely a great place to be!

We hebben het hier ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje had een prachtige locatie. Het was schoon en alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Zelfs een wasmachine en vaatwasser. Wat een luxe! Ook het park was prachtig. We komen zeker nog eens weer.

Prima huisje op mooi eiland. Helaas niet het zomerweer waar we op hoopten. Ondanks dat prima vakantie gehad.
