Group house for 30 persons with sauna and free WiFi
This unique 30-person group accommodation with sauna and hot tub is located in a very rural area near Aalten. Unique because you all sleep in comfortable double box beds. Back in time with today's luxury. This group accommodation is very suitable for family weekends or friends weekends with or without children. There is plenty to do for the children. There is the possibility to play both outside and inside. There is a sports field with a volleyball net and a table tennis table. Plenty to do for young and old! This group accommodation guarantees a successful stay in advance!
Layout
The cozy group accommodation is very easily accessible through the central recreation room. In this space there are many possibilities for a pleasant stay for all ages! There is a sitting area with flat screen television and wireless internet that you can use for free. The fully equipped kitchen is located right next to the lounge. The kitchen has a six-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, washing machine, a large refrigerator, freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine and plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
The accommodation has 15 double bedsteads (in one room) and there is a washroom with four showers and four toilets and plenty of sinks.
There is a play area next to the living room. This heated play area is no less than 160m2. Children can play here to their heart's content. The play area includes a Wii game console, slide, climbing frame, table tennis table, pool table and a large table for drawing or crafting together. The sauna is also located in this room.

- The beds are made for you on arrival!
- The costs for renting the hot tub are EUR 175 per week, EUR 165 per midweek and EUR 150 per weekend including wood. The costs for renting the sauna are EUR 45 per week, EUR 40 per midweek and EUR 35 per weekend. These costs will be adjusted manually on your invoice to the correct amount after booking.

Aalten is located in the beautiful Achterhoek, a wonderful place for lovers of nature, peace and space. Take long walks through the nearby nature reserves or beautiful bike rides along vast moors, fens or lakes. Here you will enjoy idyllic views either way! In the vicinity are many castles of the former nobility of Gelderland, visit Castle Vorden, for example. In the summer you can go to the lake 't Hilgelo or the Slingeplas for a refreshing dip, but here are also many water sports to practice. Immerse yourself in the region and visit the Steengroeve Winterswijk or the Nationaal Onderduikmuseum. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the towns of Borculo, Winterswijk, Vorden or Bronckhorst.

In 1 woord fantastisch. We waren 50 jaar getrouwd. Met ons hele gezin naar Aalten. Iedereen heeft genoten. Een top weekend. Voor groot en klein was er van alles. Zoals op de foto stond zeker een 10 waard. Bedankt namens ons allemaal.
